Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a leading electrical contractor to appoint a Site Manager in Tauranga to lead onsite electrical teams on commercial projects. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate labour and materials, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

The role requires NZ Registered Electrician (or eligibility), site management experience on commercial builds, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

• NZ registration or eligible for registration.
• Experience as Site Manager or Leading Hand on commercial projects.
• Full NZ Driver Licence.
• Current Site Safe certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical teams onsite.
• Coordinate daily site activities and programmes.
• Manage labour, materials, tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical plans and specifications.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and project managers.
• Deliver toolbox talks and maintain site documentation.
• Mentor apprentices and support team development.
• Ensure all work meets NZ electrical and health & safety standards.

• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
