Job summary

Apprenticeships Training Trust NZ in Auckland is seeking a motivated second-year electrical apprentice to gain hands-on experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Are you a motivated second-year electrical apprentice ready to build your skills on varied, hands-on projects?

ATT are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Electrical Apprentice for an immedicate start.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical electrical skills while working alongside qualified electricians on a variety of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The successful candidate will assist with electrical installations, maintenance, testing, and repairs while completing their electrical apprenticeship and training requirements.

About the Role

• Assist qualified electricians with electrical installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Install wiring, fixtures, outlets, switches and other components under supervision.
• Support testing, fault finding and troubleshooting across a range of electrical systems.
• Read and work from plans, drawings and specifications.
• Use and maintain electrical tools and equipment safely.
• Follow electrical regulations, site procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Continue completing apprenticeship training, coursework and assessments.

• You are currently completing the second year of an electrical apprenticeship.
