• At least 5 years' experience in senior account management roles.
• Experience securing commercial contracts and managing multi-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities and engage executive leaders, boards and procurement leads.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain your customer portfolio and meet financial targets.
• Strategically partner with decision makers to deliver value for OfficeMax and customers.
• Build and maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee fulfillment of contracts and compliance for your accounts.
• Develop business cases for retention and growth and respond to RFPs/tenders.
