Job summary

Florenz is seeking an eCommerce Growth Specialist to drive revenue across the customer journey from first click to loyal subscriber. This full-time role can be based in Christchurch or remote within NZ, reporting to the eCommerce Manager.

You’ll test ideas, measure outcomes, and turn insights into results. With at least 2 years in eCommerce, you’ll analyze KPIs like ROAS and LTV, manage Shopify and Klaviyo, and collaborate with agency partners to optimize conversions and order value.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ eCommerce experience, ideally with a D2C or global consumer brand.
• A strong grasp of eCommerce KPIs, including conversion rate, ROAS and customer lifetime value
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Recharge and reporting tools (Triple Whale and heatmap tools are a bonus)
• Experience working with agency partners
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder skills
• Comfort using AI tools for personalisation and automation
• A test-and-learn mindset and a real curiosity about what makes customers tick

Responsibilities

• Retaining and growing customers: you’ll get to know our customers’ full purchase lifecycle and dig into subscriber behaviour.
• Turning data into insight: you’ll build reporting on-site and in CRM, using metrics like LTV, AOV, CAC and conversion rate.
• Owning the CRM: you’ll manage segmentation and list hygiene, emails, and SMS activity.
• Improving conversion: you’ll identify drop-offs and run A/B tests, measuring uplift and reporting results.
• Lifting order value: you’ll shape merchandising with upsells, cross-sells and bundles.
• Working with partners: you’ll collaborate with agency partners for best results.
