Job summary

The Creative Store - New Zealand seeks an Ecommerce Coordinator to manage and optimise all brand websites and third-party platforms. You will own end-to-end Shopify management, drive platform performance, merchandising, and content execution across multiple luxury brands.

You will be data fluent with strong copywriting, image editing, and CRM/Loyalty initiatives supporting growth into international markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an e-commerce role, preferably in high-end DTC clothing or luxury markets.
• Experience across multiple brands and a data-driven mindset.
• Strong copywriting ability and attention to product storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Shopify management across all brands and optimise platform performance.
• Merchandise and align creative direction with customer journey across the sites.
• Ensure flawless content: metadata, product data, imagery, and descriptions for SEO.
• Oversee affiliate websites, CRM strategy, and lead-gen flows; develop loyalty programmes.
