Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island Limited is seeking an eCommerce Digital Specialist to translate business needs into practical digital solutions. You will report to the eCommerce Digital Manager and collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver value in a fast-moving online environment.

You will build hands-on capability with Dynamic Yield and support planning, delivery and reporting for eCommerce initiatives. Strong communication and prioritisation skills are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce, digital, technology, product, operations or similar environment.
Ability to assess competing requests and balance customer value, operational impact and delivery effort.
Excellent planning, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own and triage digital enhancement requests from stores and business units using commercial judgement.
Partner with IT Product Owners to evaluate and prioritise requests.
Track digital initiatives against timelines and outcomes and report to stakeholders.
Maintain governance framework and knowledge base for eCommerce capabilities.
