The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide support to the Territorial Secretary for Mission by effectively managing the schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible, complex and confidential administrative, secretarial, analytical and research duties. Duties performed require considerable confidentiality, initiative, tact, and mature and independent judgement, including prioritising of competing deadlines.
The position requires leadership qualities such as adaptability, flexibility, dependability and accountability. Much of the work is self-directed and requires a high degree of professional independence, initiative, self-discipline and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

The starting salary for this role will fall between $67,000 and $80,000, however this is negotiable based on experience.
