Job summary

North Beach seeks an energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our Albany Head Office team. You’ll support E-commerce and Marketing, handling multi-channel customer inquiries via email, live chat and phone.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with responsibilities across returns, refunds, dispatch reports and stock adjustments. With 1–2 years in retail CS or e-commerce, you’ll be proficient in Zendesk and MS Office; Ontempo is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service or e-commerce administration.
• Proficiency with Zendesk, Live Chat and MS Office; Ontempo is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; upbeat phone manner.
• Good time-management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-channel customer care via email, live chat and phone.
• Manage e-commerce orders, returns, refunds and faulty item claims.
• Create and send dispatch reports; handle NZ Courier claims and stock adjustments.
• Support store teams and Head Office; assist with gift cards and courier supplies.
