Job summary

Fusion5 in Christchurch, New Zealand seeks a Technical Support Consultant to own end-to-end resolution of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform issues within the Managed Services team. You’ll handle complex environments, drive high-quality support, and build trusted customer relationships with proactive problem-solving.

You’ll work hands-on across Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Apps, and related web tech, communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components and web tech basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, maintain service quality and proactive engagement.
• Provide clear communication and maintain strong case documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
