Job summary

Fusion5 is seeking a hands-on Technical Consultant to join our Microsoft practice in New Zealand. Based in one of our NZ offices, you will work on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform projects that deliver real value to customers.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants, contribute to designs, build and deploy solutions, and sharpen your skills in Azure and AI tools. A strong delivery mindset and clear communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse customisations, plugin assemblies and web resources
• Practical experience across the Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps and Service Bus
• An understanding of unit testing, solution deployment practices and agile delivery
• Ability to investigate application issues, understand root causes and help put the right fixes in place
• Clear documentation skills, including technical specifications and supporting design notes
• Curiosity about using AI tools responsibly to improve analysis, build quality, testing and delivery efficiency
• A delivery mindset focused on customer value, quality outcomes and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions
• Contribute to clear technical designs, specifications and data models
• Build, test and deploy quality business solutions
• Work closely with senior consultants and delivery teams on larger projects
• Communicate confidently with customers and take ownership when challenges arise
