Qualifications

• Must hold LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification).
• Must hold NZ Manager Certificate.
• Business or Hospitality qualification or retail/liquor store experience.
• Understand and comply with NZ liquor licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store operations during shifts.
• Coordinate retail staff and allocate duties.
• Ensure professional and efficient customer service.
• Open and close store per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and liquor licence conditions.
• Act as certified Duty Manager on duty.
• Oversee age verification procedures.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
