You will lead from the front, manage shifts, and ensure OH&S compliance while driving sales through events and promotions. A passion for hospitality and at least 2 years of restaurant/bar experience are essential, with LCQ and manager certificates required.

• Ensure events and promotions foster a positive customer experience.
• Foster positive customer relationships and drive sales through opportunities.
• Lead team on shift and provide effective feedback.
• Address issues quickly per company processes; promote respect and inclusivity.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and related policies.
• Handle basic financials: cash up, labour control, EOD/EOW reporting.
• Assist in recruitment and training of new staff.
