Qualifications

• Experience as Duty Manager in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• Weekend and evening availability is essential.
• Proven leadership capabilities to manage a venue and staff.

Responsibilities

• Take sole charge of the venue when required.
• Maintain compliance with liquor licensing and host responsibility obligations.
• Ensure exceptional service and guest experiences.
• Provide strong team leadership and direction.
• De-escalate situations calmly and professionally under pressure.
