Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Duty Manager Certificate or LCQ.
• Understanding of New Zealand liquor laws.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Food and beverage knowledge.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during restaurant, bar and cafe operations.
• Work behind the bar or on the floor.
• Handle cash and maintain attention to service detail.
• Work rotating evening and weekend shifts.
