Job summary

KiwiQuest Ltd. in Hanmer Springs is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy bistro, restaurant, bar and cafe team while delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes hands-on work behind the bar or on the floor and managing shifts.

Permanent position with possible six-month commitment. Staff accommodation available or assistance finding accommodation, and a unique outdoor adventure and thermal-pools setting in a scenic New Zealand location.

Qualifications

• Current Duty Manager Certificate or LCQ.
• Understanding of New Zealand liquor laws.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Food and beverage knowledge.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
