• Own the service journey: keep customers informed with plain-language updates.
• Certify for the sky: conduct inspections and sensor calibrations in line with safety standards.
• Maintain fast-paced workshop flow: document evidence for warranty claims and accelerate repair pipeline.
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates; collaborate with sales to improve workshop culture.
