Job summary

CGR Services is hiring a Driver in Wellington to operate a Hook truck and trailer in the Kapiti region. You will ensure timely haulage, perform safety checks and keep accurate paperwork.

You’ll need a valid Class 5 NZ licence, heavy vehicle experience, and a strong focus on safety, maintenance and customer service. Permanent full-time role with modern trucks and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 NZ driver’s licence required.
• Proven experience driving heavy vehicles.
• Solid understanding of vehicle safety, maintenance and fatigue management.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform daily checks.

The role you'll play

About the role

As a Driver, you will be responsible for operating a Hook truck and trailer and equipment on board to ensure a safe and timely haulage service in the Kapiti Region. You’ll also be required to keep accurate records and paperwork and undertake vehicle safety checks.

You’ll bring:
