Job summary

Milbrook Resort in Arrowtown, New Zealand, is seeking a friendly and energetic Drinks Cart Attendant to enhance the golfing experience on our two championship courses. This full-time fixed-term role runs from October 2026 to April 2027, with duties across F&B service and cart operation, delivering refreshments directly to golfers, and contributing to exceptional service.

You will work closely with Golf Operations and Food & Beverage teams, build guest relationships, ensure safety and licensing

Qualifications

• Providing friendly and professional food and beverage service to golfers on course
• Operating the drinks cart safely and efficiently throughout the day
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks and light refreshments
• Processing sales transactions accurately and responsibly
• Maintaining stock levels, replenishing supplies and ensuring the drinks cart is clean, organised and well presented
• Building positive relationships with guests and providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and alcohol licensing requirements
• Assisting with golf tournaments, events and other operational requirements as needed
