NZ Safety Blackwoods is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Inwards Supervisor at our Christchurch Distribution Centre to lead inbound stock reception, processing and storage while driving operational performance and safety.

You will manage a team, optimise daily inwards activities, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timely receipting of stock. This is a fast-paced role that values people development and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations, especially inbound logistics.
• Experience leading teams and developing employee capability.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Forklift licence.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership style.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Warehouse Inwards Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring inbound stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently while leading a team to achieve strong operational performance.
