Job summary

Big Motoring World Group in Warrington is seeking a Yard Assistant to manage day-to-day presentation and organisation of the site under the guidance of Sales Managers and the Display Manager.

You will ensure the yard is stocked and presented to a high standard, assist sales staff with stock selection, and maintain a tidy, professional site appearance while communicating clearly with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (required) as part of the role.
• Good communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Self-motivated with high standards and a proactive mindset.
• Organised team player with a positive outlook and problem-solving approach.
• Honesty, integrity and flexibility in approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site is continually stocked and presented to a high standard.
• Re-arrange stock as required to maintain order and display quality.
• Assist sales staff with stock selection when needed.
• Take pride in appearance and organisation of the site and personal presentation.
• Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally with customers, management and colleagues.
