Job summary
RWR Health is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead two 24/7 residential services in New Plymouth, with relocation support up to $10,000 for the right candidate. You will oversee rostering, safety, and quality, while developing capable frontline teams to deliver person-centred support.
You will work with families/whānau, NASC, clinical teams, funders and the General Manager to meet contractual and legislative requirements and to identify opportunities to strengthen services in the region.
Qualifications
- Experience leading frontline or community-based teams in disability/health or social services.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor and manage performance.
- Strong stakeholder engagement with families/whānau, NASC, clinical teams and funders.
Responsibilities
- Lead two 24/7 residential services, coaching and developing frontline teams.
- Oversee daily service delivery including rosters, staffing, incidents, risk, H&S and quality.
- Build strong relationships with people supported, their families/whānau, NASC, clinical teams, funders and community partners.
- Collaborate with General Manager to ensure services meet contractual and legislative requirements and identify growth opportunities.
