Job summary

PAE NZ is seeking a Digital Business Partner to join our ICT team in Christchurch. This strategic role partners with operational leaders to drive digital transformation, optimise business systems, and support adoption of technologies including MRI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with operational leaders and business units.
• Drive optimisation and continuous improvement of the MRI platform.
• Lead and support Microsoft Teams and SharePoint adoption initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into digital solutions and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to PAE's digital strategy and roadmap delivery.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Support reporting, dashboards, and data visibility initiatives.
