Job summary

PAE NZ is seeking a Digital Business Partner to join our ICT team in Christchurch. This strategic role partners with operational leaders to drive digital transformation, optimise business systems, and support adoption of technologies including MRI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

About the Role

As the Digital Business Partner, you'll act as the key link between the business and ICT, ensuring digital solutions align with operational needs and strategic objectives. You'll identify opportunities for system optimisation, drive adoption of digital tools, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help deliver PAE's digital roadmap.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or enterprise business systems
