Job summary

Jade Software Corporation is seeking a Digital Experience Engineer to join our Design Lab. You’ll create exceptional digital experiences by combining technical skills with creativity, customer focus, and a growth mindset.

You’ll design, develop and enhance websites and web applications, ensuring accessibility and high performance while collaborating with designers, marketers and stakeholders. AI-powered tools will be explored to improve outcomes and development practices.

Qualifications

Experience in web development or digital experience engineering.
Strong ability to design, build and improve digital products with users in mind.
Experience managing CMS platforms (HubSpot/WordPress) and applying accessibility and performance best practices.
Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn with emerging technologies including AI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and enhance websites, web applications, intranet pages and email experiences.
Create responsive, accessible and high-performing digital experiences.
Turn business requirements and design concepts into scalable solutions.
