Job summary

Jade Software Corporation is seeking a Digital Experience Engineer to join our Design Lab. You’ll create exceptional digital experiences by combining technical skills with creativity, customer focus, and a growth mindset.

You’ll design, develop and enhance websites and web applications, ensuring accessibility and high performance while collaborating with designers, marketers and stakeholders. AI-powered tools will be explored to improve outcomes and development practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in web development or digital experience engineering.
• Strong ability to design, build and improve digital products with users in mind.
• Experience managing CMS platforms (HubSpot/WordPress) and applying accessibility and performance best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Collaborative, curious, and eager to learn with emerging technologies including AI.

This is more than a web development role. You'll be joining a team passionate about creating exceptional digital experiences that make a real impact. Combining technical expertise, creativity, and customer focus, you'll help design, build, and continuously improve digital products that deliver value for our customers and business. While we’re ideally looking for an experienced Digital Experience Engineer, we’re also open to considering candidates with a more junior skillset who bring strong potential, a passion for digital experiences, and a willingness to learn and grow.

You will also:

• Design, develop and enhance websites, web applications, intranet pages, email experiences and other digital products.
• Create responsive, accessible and high-performing digital experiences that put users first.
• Turn business requirements and design concepts into scalable, high-quality digital solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, content creators and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end digital experiences.
• Utilise modern technologies and AI-powered tools to improve customer experiences and development practices.
• Monitor performance, optimise digital platforms and contribute to continuous improvement across our digital ecosystem.

You're a customer-focused digital professional who enjoys solving complex problems, embracing new technology, and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding digital outcomes. You'll bring strong technical capability, a growth mindset, and a passion for creating great user experiences.

As well as:

• Demonstrated experience in web development, digital experience engineering or a related role.
• Strong capability in managing and optimising CMS platforms such as HubSpot and WordPress, with the flexibility to learn and adopt new systems as required.
• A solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, SEO and web performance best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• A collaborative, adaptable and curious approach, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and emerging technologies including AI.
