Job summary

Nz Tech Repairs in Auckland is seeking an ICT Support Technician to join the team full-time. The role focuses on phone and computer repair, including screen refurbishment, micro soldering, and software installation.

You will handle front-desk duties, ticketing, and sales support while delivering excellent customer service. The position involves a flexible roster with a 30–40 hour week and may require weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in ICT support or similar is preferred.
• Experience in mobile phone and tablet repair.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• May be required to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mobile phones and tablet screen refurbish / replacement.
• Expert in all kinds of micro soldering.
• Diagnose faults and repair using PCB understanding.
• Install or configure software and drivers on devices.
• Set up and test hardware or software for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Repair and troubleshoot smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
• Assist at front desk by creating new tickets and supporting sales.
• Provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Continuously learn about products and services.
