Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year or more IT/electronics/technical work experience.
• Level 5 IT/electronics qualification can substitute experience.
• Knowledge repairing mobile devices and laptops/PCs.

Responsibilities

• Quality inspection and auditing.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and apps.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks (residential and business).
• Assemble and disassemble computers, laptops and devices.
• Assist clients face-to-face or by phone to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software faults and replace parts as needed.
• Provide IT advice to commercial customers and document reports.
• Support rollout of new applications and set up user accounts/passwords.
• Respond to call outs within agreed time and manage multiple cases.
• Establish good relationships with customers and professionals.
• Test and evaluate new technologies and ensure electrical safety checks.
