Tenzing is seeking an Appian Developer to design, develop and implement BPM solutions for clients. You will work in a collaborative delivery team, translating business requirements into working Appian solutions and supporting integrations and data migration.
You will join our BPM practice with learning paths and opportunities to grow, working on process models, UI, rules, REST and SOAP integrations, and Agile ceremonies in a consulting environment.
Our team is growing and we are looking for a skilled Appian Developer to design, develop and implement BPM solutions that make a real difference for our clients. You will work as part of a collaborative delivery team, contributing hands‑on to the build and testing of Appian applications, translating business requirements into working technical solutions and supporting integration and data migration initiatives.
This role sits within our growing Business Process Management practice and there is genuine opportunity to develop here. You will be supported by experienced Appian practitioners, have access to structured learning and certification pathways and as the practice grows so does the scope for you to take on more. You are an Appian developer with solid hands‑on experience and a genuine interest in growing your capability. Specifically, we are looking for:
Candidates with strong hands‑on experience in a comparable low‑code, no‑code or BPM platform - such as Pega, OutSystems, ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Apps - are encouraged to apply. Where Appian experience is limited, we are looking for genuine platform depth, a track record of delivering complex workflow solutions and a clear appetite to cross‑train in Appian. Your skills will transfer well; and we can help you build the platform knowledge.
