Job summary

Tenzing is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to architect and deliver complex Appian solutions for major clients across New Zealand and Australia. This hands-on technical leadership role makes you the primary technical contact on engagements, shaping solutions and outcomes to ensure client confidence.

You will mentor developers, contribute to building Appian capability in a growing BPM practice, and drive agile delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering Appian solutions in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
• ACD201 certification required; ACD301 certification strongly preferred.
• Proven client-facing technical leadership and trusted relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact on client engagements, guiding conversations and presenting architectural options with trade-offs.
• Design, architect and deliver complex end-to-end Appian solutions across the full SDLC.
• Lead and coach a team of developers, conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
