Datacom is seeking a Senior Developer to analyse, design, develop, and enhance software across local, networked, cloud, and internet environments. You will ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards, while guiding the team and collaborating with customers and stakeholders.

You will work with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS or GCP, implement modern engineering practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering delivering production-grade applications.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and ecosystems (C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go).
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable, secure software using modern patterns.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
• Strong API design, distributed systems, performance, security and observability knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, monitoring, and deployment automation.
• Relational and NoSQL databases; data modelling knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile teams including estimation and iterative delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Analyse, design, develop, debug and modify software applications to meet business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, fix defects and clarify designs for high quality.
• Provide technical thought leadership, identify improvements and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare implementation plans, technical docs, and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Monitor performance, install/test changes, and resolve OS/app issues.
• Provide guidance to team members, contribute to design, estimation and planning, communicate progress and risks.
