The Treasury, Te Tai Ōhanga, invites applications for a Desktop Analyst to join the Enabling Services team on a permanent basis. You will deliver remote and desk-side IT support, assisting end users and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Ideal candidates have a IT qualification and at least 3 years in IT support, including Windows, Active Directory, and SCCM. ITIL certification and experience with Avaya VOIP and AV conferencing are desirable. On-call work is part of the role.
