Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a senior architect to join our Hamilton studio. You will lead the delivery of complex architectural projects from initial design brief through construction, while proactively driving business development and maintaining strong client networks.

We value a Bachelor of Architecture and NZ registration (or overseas equivalent), with 10+ years of professional experience across diverse building types and construction methods, including coordinating complex building

Qualifications

• 10+ years' professional architecture experience.
• Experience across a wide range of building types and construction methods.
• Exposure to complex integration of construction elements and coordination of building disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex architectural projects from design brief to completion.
• Play a proactive role in business development of architectural work.
• Maintain strong existing client networks.

Education

Bachelor of Architecture

New Zealand Registered Architect, or equivalent registration with a recognised overseas body

Reporting to our Studio Leader, you'll play a key role in delivering complex architectural projects, from design brief to completion.

As a senior member of the team, you'll play a proactive role in the business development of architectural work for the business, whilst helping to maintain strong existing client networks.

About you:

• Bachelor of Architecture
• New Zealand Registered Architect, or equivalent registration with a recognised overseas body
• 10+ years' professional architecture experience
• Experience across a wide range of building types and construction methods
• Exposure to complex integration of construction elements and coordination of building disciplines
