Job summary

SHIV RAM VENTURES LIMITED in the Waikato region is seeking two energetic Delivery Drivers for full-time permanent roles. Responsibilities include delivering items to various addresses, following routes and schedules, and loading/unloading delivery vehicles.

Training will be provided, and candidates must be legally able to drive in NZ and obtain a Class 1 licence subsequently. The positions require physical fitness, reliability, weekend availability, and the ability to work a rotational roster

Qualifications

• Be physically fit.
• Be Honest and Reliable.
• Be Drug free and able to pass drug test on random day.
• Have good attention to detail.
• Physically comfortable lifting 15kgs+
• Able to work on a rotational roster with early starts and/or late finishes according to workload.
• Must be able to work on weekends and during mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and routes as required by orders.
• Follow appropriate delivery routes and time schedules.
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Complete logs and reports.
• Follow health and safety regulations and safety standards.
• Handle products with care and respect.
• Promise delivery time.
• Report to the Owner.
• Maneuver vehicles into position for loading and unloading.
• Assist with loading to ensure goods are securely arranged for delivery.

Delivery Drivers to work as full-time permanent positions based in

Waikato Region. These are fast-paced roles with unlimited learning

each day. The company provides delivery services in New Zealand.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes as required by the Supermarket and orders
• Follow appropriate delivery routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow H&S regulations and safety standards
• Handling products and goods with care and respect
• Promise delivery time
• Reporting to the Owner
• Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading
• Assisting with loading to ensure goods are arranged for ease of delivery and safely secured to avoid damage
• Verifying loading documents
• Arranging and performing unloading operations and may receive
• Reporting vehicle maintenance needsCandidate Requirements:-

Experience or Qualification

Hours and Position

• These are full time permanent positions with minimum 30 hours +
