Job summary

Mukul enterprises limited in Auckland is seeking experienced courier delivery drivers to operate across the region. You will load, transport and deliver items, work to routes and schedules, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.

Applicants should have a Class 1 licence or be willing to obtain one, and should be physically fit with a reliable, team‑oriented attitude. Minimum 30 hours per week, with pay rates ranging from $26 to $29 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class 1 (or be willing to obtain) driver’s licence.

• Reliable, mature and able to communicate with customers and staff.
• Experience in couriers or logistics is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to assigned routes and timetables.
• Prepare reports and logbooks relating to driving.
• Keep vehicles clean and tidy.

Experienced Courier delivery Drivers are sought to work in our busy company in Auckland. Work will usually be driving around Auckland Region.

As a company we do not tolerate alcohol consumption either whilst driving or prior to driving or any other substance or medication which could affect your driving capabilities and your ability to make rational decisions on the road.

You will be able to show maturity and be able to communicate with a wide variety of people. Must have excellent loading understanding good interpersonal skills and able to work unsupervised.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Loading transporting and delivering items in a safe and timely manner.
• Loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Handling customer enquiries answering questions and escalating any complaints from clients.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Preparing reports logbooks and other documents relating to driving
• Keeping the vehicles clean and tidy
• Experience in couriers or a logistic type role is an advantage (though not required)
• You must be physically fit have a keen eye for detail and a 'Can Do Attitude'.
• You must be reliable and be able to communicate well with other staff and customers.

Applicants should have good references and be a team player. Must have a class 1 or have the willingness and ability to obtain this.

For these roles we are looking at a minimum of 30 hours of work per week. The minimum payrate for this role is $26 and the maximum payrate we are looking at is $29.
