Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver parcels to routes on time.
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and on schedule.
• Scan, sort, and organise parcels to meet deadlines.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at all times.
• Load and unload goods; lift up to 25 kg when required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic daily safety checks.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated full-time Courier Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and safe collection and delivery of parcels across assigned routes. This role requires flexibility, strong work discipline, and a commitment to high service standards. The position is full-time, requiring a minimum of 32 hours and up to 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays. Working hours may vary depending on delivery schedules, and shifts may extend until all assigned deliveries are completed.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver parcels and goods in accordance with assigned routes and strict time schedules.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time.
• Scan, sort, and organise parcels efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times.
• Load and unload goods safely, with the ability to lift up to 25 kg when required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic daily safety checks.
• Comply with all company health and safety procedures and road safety regulations.
• Maintain zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs during working hours.
• Participate in random drug and alcohol testing when required.
