The Aotearoa New Zealand Association of Social Workers is seeking a Logistics Delivery Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term role in Auckland. You’ll manage day-to-day vehicle movements across multiple sites and coordinate with vendors to keep the national technology rollout on schedule.

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Logistics Delivery Coordinator to support a large-scale national technology rollout.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you’ll manage the day-to-day movement and scheduling of vehicles across multiple installation sites, work closely with external suppliers and service providers, and ensure project and asset information is kept accurate and up to date.
You’ll be highly organised, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and good record keeping are important.
Experience working within logistics, fleet coordination, project coordination or operational delivery would be particularly relevant.
You’ll need to be Auckland based, hold a full NZ Driver Licence and be comfortable with some travel.
