Job summary

Accessable in Auckland supports people to live independently by delivering equipment and services; we are seeking a Logistics Coordinator on a six-month fixed term to cover parental leave at our Airport Oaks site, Monday to Friday. You will manage daily logistics, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth delivery, installation and collection, with a focus on accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, scheduling, dispatch, or a similar role.
• Experience with route planning and knowledge of the greater Auckland region is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling/logistics systems is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations, coordinating scheduling and delivery, installation and collection of equipment.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth service outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and accuracy, balancing customer needs and operational priorities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, drivers, therapists, and colleagues to ensure clear communication.
