Job summary

New Zealand Post Group is seeking Delivery Agents to deliver mail and parcels in Hamilton, representing NZ Post in the community and ensuring reliable service. You will work with a team, process and sort mail, then complete routes on motorcycles or Paxsters, contributing to high customer satisfaction.

This on-call role requires availability Mon-Sat 7.00am–4.25pm, with licensing and physical stamina to handle a demanding day-to-day schedule, and a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on call Mon-Sat 7.00am–4.25pm.
• A valid motorcycle licence is desirable.
• Be ready for a physically demanding role.
• Have a high level of numeracy and literacy—so you can sort addressing information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels to customers on your delivery route.
• Process and sort mail at Waikato Operations Centre.
• Deliver using a motorcycle or Paxster in all weather.

About the role

As the face of NZ Post out in the community, you'll connect with our customers as you deliver their mail and parcels. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll process and sort mail from our Waikato Operations Centre, before going it alone out on your delivery route, using a Motorcyle or Paxsters, rain, hail or shine!

Delivery Agents are a hardy bunch, all united by one mission - to deliver for New Zealand.
