SeaLink Travel Group in New Zealand is seeking qualified Deckhands for permanent or fixed-term positions on our vessels operating in the Hauraki Gulf. Rosters are 3 days on, 3 days off, with 13–15 hour shifts during peak periods.
Successful applicants will have essential maritime qualifications, at least 2 years’ experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

We are looking for qualified Deckhands to join our team on either a permanent or fixed-term basis. Whether you're looking for a long-term career on the water or a seasonal opportunity over our busy summer period, we'd love to hear from you. Fixed-term positions will run from early October through to the end of February 2027.
Rosters are on a 3 day on 3 day off roster (this includes public holidays). Shifts can vary between 13 – 15 hours in duration depending on the day of the week, weather conditions and peak holiday times.
