Job summary

Downer is seeking a detail-focused Data Operations Analyst for our Auckland team. You will support operational performance, quality assurance and data integrity across the contract, analysing performance data, identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will monitor RAMM data quality, collate monthly/quarterly reports and present insights to stakeholders. The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration and delivering measurable quality and performance outcomes.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Operations and Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in supporting operational performance, quality assurance and data integrity across the contract. You will work closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to analyse performance data, identify trends and variances, maintain quality systems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain RAMM data quality and integrity.
