Qualifications

• Significant experience leading technical teams within data, analytics or engineering environments.
• Proven coaching, mentoring and developing technical professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Data Engineers and data professionals, building capability, engagement and technical excellence.
• Drive the transition from legacy platforms to a modern cloud-based data ecosystem.
• Establish scalable, sustainable and repeatable data engineering standards, frameworks and practices.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align data engineering priorities with business outcomes.
• Support the development of enterprise-wide data capability and maturity.
• Contribute to data strategy, platform roadmap development and future-state architecture decisions.
