Kāinga Ora is seeking an experienced Platform Lead to own the performance, delivery and continuous improvement of our Data technology platforms. You will champion modern platform engineering, automation and DevOps practices to ensure secure, reliable, scalable and resilient services that drive business outcomes.
You will lead a high-performing DevOps team, translate business strategy into platform roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes, partnering with stakeholders to improve service quality
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading data platform engineering and DevOps teams.
- Proven track record delivering secure, scalable data platforms.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
- Experience with Snowflake, Oracle and GIS platforms.
