Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions.
• Develop and manage product assortments for various store locations based on sales performance and customer demographics.
• Forecast demand and plan inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise.
• Develop and execute seasonal and promotional merchandising plans.
• Work with store operations to ensure effective product placement and presentation.
• Monitor inventory turnover and implement strategies to improve stock efficiency.
• Prepare reports on merchandising performance, sales, and inventory levels.
• Identify opportunities for product lifecycle management and clearance.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
