Qualifications

• Proven leadership in cyber security management.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and incident response.
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001 etc.).
• Experience supporting security compliance and audits.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and business risk translation.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Pragmatic, risk-based approach to security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day cyber security function and security team.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, vulnerability management and security monitoring activities.
• Drive cyber security governance, risk management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with security vendors, managed service providers and SOC partners.
• Provide security leadership across technology projects, infrastructure, cloud platforms and emerging technologies.
• Develop and promote a positive security culture through education, awareness and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead security reporting, metrics and performance management activities.
• Contribute to the development and execution of Hato Hone St John's cyber security strategy and roadmap.
