Job summary

Fliway Group in Auckland is seeking a Customs Support Officer on a fixed-term basis to support a busy Customs team. The role focuses on accuracy, customer service and compliance in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key tasks include preparing and processing customs documents, liaising with customers and internal teams, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate pays strong attention to detail and has experience in freight, logistics, or administration; NZ eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight, logistics, or administration is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Customs team.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of customs documentation.
• Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all information is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support the clearance and movement of freight in accordance with Customs requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Assist with general operational and customer service tasks as required.
