Job summary
Fliway Group is seeking reliable Freight Handlers for our Auckland operations during the Christmas peak season. This fixed-term role runs from November 2026 to December 2026, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. You will load, unload, sort and move freight to keep deliveries running smoothly.
We value energetic, safety-minded individuals who work well in teams and can handle physical duties. Forklift licensing and prior warehouse experience are a bonus.

- Ability to undertake physical work throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Team players who roll up sleeves to help where needed.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from linehaul and local delivery vehicles.
- Sort freight into correct destinations and routes.
- Move freight safely in warehouse and dock areas.
- Build loads and secure freight for transport.
- Scan freight accurately and complete paperwork.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Collaborate with drivers, supervisors and team members to hit daily goals.

We're looking for reliable, energetic, and safety-focused Freight Handlers to join our Auckland team and help keep freight moving smoothly through our network. This role is centered on safely loading, unloading, sorting, and moving freight while supporting efficient branch operations. If you enjoy being active, working as part of a team, and finishing each day knowing you've helped make deliveries possible, we'd love to hear from you.
