Partly is hiring an Account Manager, Workshop in Auckland to own post-signature relationships with mechanical and service workshops on PartlyRepair. You will drive each workshop to become a weekly-active customer, ensure value delivery, and spot expansion opportunities.

This hands-on role partners with Sales handoffs and works with Support, Product and Engineering to fix issues and scale the network. You will live in data, own the workflow from onboarding to daily use, and serve as the voice of

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management at scale.
• Hands-on operator who uses CRM/dashboards.
• Strong communication with workshop owners, engineers and leaders.
• Autonomy in a fast-moving business with a proactive mindset.
• Automotive or workshop context preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the workshop relationship from handoff to weekly-active customers.
• Drive adoption, retention and expansion across workshops.
• Resolve issues end-to-end with Support, Product and Engineering.
• Translate workshop needs into clear requirements for Product/Engineering.
• Lead with data: track health, usage, and expansion signals.
