Asmuss Mt Maunganui is seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Operations Rep to join our team. You will be the link between customers, the sales team, and warehouse staff, ensuring products move efficiently while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You will interact across multiple functions at our Mt Maunganui branch, supporting promotions, stock management, and order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, warehousing, or similar operational environment is preferred.

• Confident with computer systems and learning new software.

What you'll do;

• Prepare and follow up quotations and support our sales team with reporting and administration.
• Participate in promotions and initiatives to grow sales and strengthen customer engagement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocktakes.
• Assist with steel cutting and other branch operational tasks.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Quality are at the forefront of everything you do.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in industrial products, steel, engineering, construction, or distribution environments would be advantageous but isn't essential.
