Job summary

Foodstuffs NZ is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of our Checkout, Lotto and Café areas. You will help ensure friendly, fast, and efficient service and support a busy team.

If you enjoy working with people and delivering great customer service, you’ll fit right in, with responsibilities spanning training, health and safety, and compliance. Availability on weekends is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Manager’s Certificate.
• Strong initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Reliable, organised and detail-oriented.
• Rostered hours with afternoon/evening availability; weekends.
