Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand Hawera branch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone, helping them find the right vehicle parts and solutions.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings. You will also pick, pack and process orders, spot upsell opportunities, and build relationships with our loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Must have basic computer skills (Excel helpful).
• Interest in cars or parts.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
